Ratigan: On financial reform, the joke is on us

Dylan Ratigan was at last week’s meeting on financial reform – and he thinks the joke is clearly on us because bankers are laughing all the way to the… you know where. Below is his take on the meeting with comments from Josh Rosner and Rob Johnson.
