		<description>If you look at CDS spreads it is clearly Greece where the problem is most
acute.  The other PIGS, Spain, Ireland and Portugal have much lower spreads
to Bunds.  However, as Evans-Pritchard says, these things have a way
of spiraling.  We are clearly not out of the woods.</description>
