Unfortunately, I can't say when that is because it depends on a lot of things (including government) which make it difficult to see a definitive end game. Obviously difficult (to me anyway) and I wont hold you to it of course, but couldn't it last for say..er..um.. years and years before it ends (very) badly? It depends on lots of imponderables of course & maybe it's only a matter of months, but as I've alluded to previously, the P-T-B are just whistling in the dark and hoping something will turn up, and maybe something will!
