But, the Merrill acquisition looks a tad expensive.  The do have some nice Net Operating Losses to reduce the tax bill and the intake that taxpayers receive.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Nice for BofA, bad for federal budget deficits.</description>
