It is disheartening to feel to agreement with you !

After voting FOR Military Comissions Act, FOR Patriot II, FOR wars in afgan and iraq, FOR secrecy, I conclude that the dressed-up professor of Constitutional Law is the one who hates our Constitution, and in fact is its ememy !

Also, he is a tinhead and heartless militarist !
No Sense, No Heart, No Commitment !

How disgusting, how awful for this country already dragged so low by Regan, Bush I&II, and by all their suppporters, many of whom now work for "Barry".

In my view, here is the definitive article on this question:

http://www.counterpunch.org/nader12222009.html

Operating outside the boundaries of the Regime, Nader has no axe to grind in the way that a NPR piece might, what with its public support. One of his most poignant observations:

"His is a concessionary demeanor, an aversion to conflict and to taking on entrenched power, a devotee of harmony ideology not because he doesn't believe in necessary re-directions, but because he does not project the strength of his beliefs and willingness to draw the line-here and no further-as did Ronald Reagan or FDR."

There were many during the last presidential election campaign that saw Obama as an "empty suit", a cypher. No other observation then posed has proven quite as accurate. In reality, there is no one at the helm other than a collection of presidential advisors and these all selected by one of their member. We have no president any more than we have a democracy any longer.
