		<description>Well, Tom.  We had a bit of a bear market rally.  Personally I always believed it was a bear market rally but a lot of people -- Morgan Stanley included -- are saying the Bear is over.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I don&#039;t believe it.  The only question for me is how long the rally could sustain itself.  After losing 800 points, you wonder if it&#039;s done.</description>
