Barack Obama’s huge donor list is yet another reason why the DNC wants him to be the Democratic nominee. He has a large list of potential new donors to Democratic causes. This list is political gold for the Democratic party. The DNC needs to treat Obama with great care in order to make the most of his connections.

Unfortunately, politics in the U.S. has become increasingly about money. We are in a recession and yet we are being forced to spend upwards of $500 million of our hard-earned money for a political campaign. From where I sit, that’s sad. But, it does give Obama an advantage come August.
