Barack Obama is definitely not comfortable on a tractor, in a bowling alley, or downing shots of Crown Royal. You might think things like that are petty when it comes to voting in a democracy. But, in the end, many people are less concerned with global issues, and more concerned with the kind of person the President is. The President represents America to the world, so many Americans see that person as an extension of themselves.

The Barack Hussein Obama we have seen, with his Muslim middle name, his unfortunate comments about guns and religion, his odd statements about the price of arugula, and his association with the likes of Jeremiah Wright and William Ayres, seems alien to many Americans.
